Completed Projects
Southwestern Middle School
This project involved repairs done to Southwestern Middle School. The school was heavily damaged by a tornado. In addition, two building additions were added, the track and field complex was renovated, and a new entrance and parking lots were constructed.
Contract Amount: $15 million

Frankfort High School
We completed a General Trades scope of work for Renovations and Building Additions to a High School which included selective demolition, concrete, decorative concrete, rough carpentry, casework, and specialties.
Contract Amount: $4.3 million
Purdue HSSE Library
The Purdue HSSE Library project involved renovations to a multi-story library facility while it was in use, custom architectural woodwork and casework, raised access flooring, and a new HVAC system.
Contract Amount: $4.1 million
Building size: 68,000 SF
Purdue Earhart Hall Food Court
Renovations and the addition of a new dining hall facility defined this project. It included: a commercial kitchen facility with several serving areas, decorative stainless steel and ornamental metals, architectural woodwork, decorative ceramic tile work, and the construction of custom seating booths.
Contract Amount: $6.3 million
Ivy Tech Lafayette
This project involved interior finishes including doors and hardware, tiered classroom seating, interior wood trim, and casework.
Contract Amount: $1.6 million
