Camp Tecumseh - Scheumann Lodge
The Scheumann Lodge project involved the construction of a new dining hall and kitchen facility. The project included 65’ log trusses fabricated from 24″ diameter logs, wood framing with exterior wood siding, interior wood paneling, masonry fireplaces, ceramic tile flooring, and a commercial grade kitchen.
- Cost of Construction: $3 million
- Building Size: 22,000 SF
1st Source Bank
When 1st Source Bank needed a new branch location built in Lafayette they came to J.R. Kelly Company because of our ability to meet their very tight 3 month schedule. Our thorough scheduling and management of the project allowed us to meet their schedule and provide a beautiful new facility.
- Cost of Construction: $1.1 million
- Building Size: 3,000 SF new building + 1.5 acre site finishes
Camp Tecumseh - Kampen Lodge
The Kampen Lodge project involved constructing an activity center with a stage, library, nature room, and indoor rock climbing.
- Cost of construction: $3 million
- Building Size: 17,000 SF
Sigma Chi Fraternity
Originally constructed in 1912, this project modernized one of the oldest fraternity houses on Purdue University’s campus. We completed restoration, including custom woodwork throughout, a new fire sprinkler system, new bathrooms, and enlarged living quarters and common areas.
